Lake Manyara National Park
As important information for you, Lake Manyara National Park is located between Arusha town and Ngorongoro Crater near Mto wa Mbu village on the cliffs of Manyara Enscarpment. The wildebeest migration starts from December to February in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, near Lake Ndutu. It is officially called the mating season. Furthermore, March and April, you can have a glimpse of the wildebeests in Central Serengeti. Moreover, from May to August, you can see animals heading north of Serengeti heading to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya. Additionally, you will observe the river crossings on Mbalageti and Grumeti Rivers. Wildebeest are in Kenya for couple of months, September and October. From October and November, the Wildebeest Migration heads to the south and central of Serengeti National Park for the next mating season.
